Whirl wind of tours with Domonique-Sanctuary of Christ the King

I'm not a religious person but this was impressive non the less. Inspired by Christ the redeemer monument in Brazil that stands an impressive 30m high with a width of  28m with arms out stretched.  this one Alamada just outside Lisbon in  is slightly smaller but no less impressive at 25m high and 25m wide. The sheer size and artistry was incredible never mind the Panoramic view of Lisbon the bay from the top. Breathtaking!

Whirl wind of tours with Domonique-Boca do Inferno, Devil's mouth

This was a quick stop on our way to Lisboa (Lisbon) I'm always in awe of mother natures creations and this one did not disappoint. I was reminded of places I've seen in Jasper National park hoewever this one was a little more violent!

Whirl wind tours with Domonique-Cabo da Roca

This was so fun, the wind was blowing so hard because it wasn't a very nice day and we were so high that it was literally pushing us around. But even with the danger of being blown over the edge I had to stand near and peek over, sorry mom! This sign translates to "Here...Where the earth ends and the sea begins....westernest tip of the European continent."

Whirl wind tours with Domonique-Sintra National Palace

This Palace was really interesting, the inside and outside had a many different styles, Gothic, Manueline, Moorish and Mudejar and was very well built. It wasn't hard to tell that the most amazing artisans and craftsmen were hired to remodel and build the palace into what it is today.
